Tender Breasts - Earliest Pregnancy Symptom

Many women experience the changes in their breast tissue as one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. This is right as the breasts have to respond to the pregnancy to prepare for breast-feeding. Here are some common changes that a woman can experience during earlier in pregnancy.

Sore Breasts: In the first trimester a woman can experience that her breast is tender or sore. In few women the same is experienced as the sign of coming periods, so it goes unnoticed. In pregnancy there can be a slight tenderness while touching the breasts. Sometimes there can be a severe pain while wearing a bra. This is also one reason that sex is avoided by the women in first trimester. Sex no doubt is safe in pregnancy but the nipple touch should be avoided.

Nipple Changes: Nipples may also become darker and larger. Some women also notice tiny pimple like white spots or tiny goose bumps on areolas. This is normal.

Larger Breasts: At the end of the first trimester and the beginning of the second trimester, the breast of the women begins to grow. This is because breast tissue start to prepare for nursing. At the end of the pregnancy women may need special nursing bras to adjust the increasing size of breasts.

Leaking Colostrums: It is the first milk the pregnant body makes. It provides everything to the baby he needs for starting life. It includes immunities and provides protection against jaundice. Sometimes the breasts of the pregnant women leak a golden color fluid. Sometimes nipples have a film cracked substance, which are colostrums. Women have to use a breast pad if these colostrums are noticeable.

No Breast Changes: There are few women in which breast do not undergo any changes during early pregnancy. Even in this case there is no need of being panic. It does not have any relationship with the ability of the women to have successful pregnancy or breast-feeding.
